Julian Watson set up Watson Insolvency in March 2008.  Julian is an expert in Insolvency matters having practised as a qualified solicitor for over 10 years, and having acted exclusively in insolvency and commercial litigation during that time.

In the past, Julian worked for Wright Hassall Solicitors, Hammonds, and most recently Shakespeare Putsman, and has a large firm training and expertise.

Julian deals with all contentious and non-contentious areas of insolvency, from company sales and purchases, to actions for wrongful trading, preferences and undervalues.
